Introducing PRoject Speed: Tuesday AM Track
Looking to sharpen your edge, shake up your routine, and find some extra gear this summer? Welcome to PRoject Speed.
Starting the first Tuesday of June and running every single week through August 18th, we are taking over the track at Swift Creek Middle School every Tuesday morning from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM.
PRoject Speed is built on a simple concept: All abilities are welcome, and the format is completely flexible.
You can bring your own specific training block workout, or you can link up with others to conquer intervals together. There are no coaches holding whistles—just a dedicated community of runners showing up at first light to put in honest work.

• The Power of Camaraderie: There is a unique magic that happens on a track. When the morning is humid and the reps get heavy, having a pack running alongside you changes everything. Comraderie naturally pushes the pace and helps you find that extra 5% you might leave on the table during a solo run.
• Essential Variety: It’s easy to get locked into the same loops and the same average daily pace. Introducing structured track work is the absolute best way to inject essential variety into your training, stimulating new muscle memory, increasing cardiovascular efficiency, and preventing training plateaus.
• Built for Everyone: Whether you are chasing a sub-3 marathon, training for a local 5K, or just want to introduce structured interval walking/running into your week, this space is for you. Fast is relative—showing up is universal.
Set your alarms a little earlier this Tuesday. Slip on your favorite tempo shoes, bring your hydration, and let's lock into the rhythm together.
