Possumfest All Comers Meet #1
Date: June 18th
Time: Track & Field Events start at 6:00 pm. The 40 yard dash (turf) starts at 5:00 pm and ends at 6:00 pm
Location: North Buncombe High School (see parking map below)
Entry Fee:
$10 per athlete for track & field meet - includes the 40 yd dash.
$5.00 - per athlete for 40 yard dash only - multiple attempts allowed.
No spectator fee
General Description:
- All Comers meets are open to all athletes of all ages and abilities.
- All competing athletes must sign a waiver to compete.
- Sprint races will be separated by gender.
- Distance races will be combined male & female and based on age and performance as necessary.
- Jumping events will be open pit.
- Throwing events will be all ages combined with appropriate age weighted implements. If you do not have the correct implement, let us know and we might be able to provide an implement for you.
- We will be hosting a laser gate timed 40 yard dash (combine style) from 5pm to 6pm.
