Are you dragging your feet with OWS?
Here’s a chance to prep for your upcoming race, Tulsa Tri or Tall Chief or........ Plus get confident and join us for our OWS Tuesday night swims.
Join us July 12th and/or July 26th from 6:15pm to 7:45pm at McClure Park Pool with Coach Karina Chung! This clinic will provide swim instruction that can help you to venture out into the lake. Focus will be on technique to help with OWS.
This is a 50m outdoor pool.
Lifeguard will be on duty if want to be bring kids, chairs and refreshments.
Space is limited, must be a TAT Member. Cost $10 per swimmer.
