The Light up the Knight meet is a community based event hosted at the historic Morris Hills Track featuring their brand new state of the art track. From weekend warriors, to youth runners, Light up the Knight is the perfect way to break up your summer training and test your limits at the 3200m distance on the track!
We will have music and snacks! Free Ice Cream and Ice Pops for all youth runners!
Meet Start Time: 7:15pm
Your registration helps the Morris Hills Spiked Shoe Club support student-athletes with equipment, meet expenses, and a positive team experience.
We are offering four events:
100 Meter - Ages 1 - 6 Free Fun Run (Sign up Day Of)
400 Meter - Ages 1 - 6 (Mixed Gender Heats)
1600 Meter - Ages 7 - 14 (Mixed Gender Heats)
3200 Meter High School/Adult (Mixed Gender Heats)
Entry Fees:
400 Meters - $5 early entry fee through 6/30/26, late entry is $10 with online signup closing on 7/17/26 (late entries may not receive a t-shirt).
1600 & 3200 - $25 early entry fee through 6/30/26, late entry is $35 with online signup closing on 7/17/26 (late entries may not receive a t-shirt).

7:15 - 100m Free Fun Run
7:30 - Youth 400m Fun Run
7:45 - 1600m
8:15 - 3200m HS/Adult
** All events will be mixed Gender
** Athletes will compete unattached
**Youth runners are allowed to run the 3200 as well.
** T shirt customization will be awarded to winners of each Heat for both genders courtesy of Gary Shirts Co.
