Beta Sigma Phi (Alpha Beta chapter) is excited to host the annual 5K and Kids 1-Mile Fun Run in connection with the upcoming 4th of July festivities! This race is an un-chipped event.
Race Day Details
Date: July 4th, 2026
Time: 6:45 am - Registration begins; 7:30 am - Kids 1-mile Fun Run starts. 9 & under age group first, 10-12 age group next, and 5K will immediately follow the Kids 1-mile Fun Run
Location: Lake Winnebago, MO (see directions below)
Organizers: Beta Sigma Phi (Alpha Beta chapter) at Lake Winnebago is dedicated to making lasting and meaningful impacts in our local community. Last year, over $7,000 was donated to local families in need, as well as charities such as HorsePower Experiential Learning Program (HELP), Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care (KCH) and Lymphoma Research Foundation (LRF). These donations were made possible through race entries, t-shirt sales, sponsorships, and donations.
