From the Organizer
Group run at the Cumberland Monastery where many of the FIT events take place. The loop is 5 miles with opportunities to turn back early or add on additional miles at the end. We will meet behind the senior center where two trails converge to the dirt parking lot (back right corner). There is ample parking available. The trail is relatively easy with only a couple of sections with rocks and roots.
