There will be 4 races this year and they will all start at 7pm. Howard (6/19 3 miles), Wilde Lake (7/17 3 miles), River Hill (7/24 3 miles), Reservoir (8/7 2 miles).
Run 3 of the 4 to get a shirt.
Pre-register on this site and then pay your $5 cash entry fee and get your bib race day. If you sign up and do not come, please log in and cancel your registration.
