We're launching our official 5K Fall training program to get ready for the Rhinebeck Fall Foliage 5K, which takes place on Saturday, 9/26. Training will begin on Monday, 8/3.
This training program isn't just about logging miles in an app or checking a workout off your list. It's a full wellness journey. Yes, we're going to get you physically ready to crush those 3.1 miles. But running is only one piece of the puzzle. We're focusing on the whole athlete—and the whole human.
Every week, alongside our group runs, we will introduce and tackle one foundational healthy habit together. We’ll dive into things like:
