From the Organizer
Join Space Coast Runners for our upcoming Fall 16-Week Training Camp which will run from August 11, 2026 - November 22, 2026. This comprehensive training program is geared towards all running levels, including a run/walk program with a personalized schedule delivered through Final Surge. The camp goal race is the Space Coast Marathon & Half Marathon* on Nov. 30th. Participants do NOT need to be running the race to participate as we'll have runners with different goals ranging from 2 mile to simply working on picking up their pace! Coaching will be conducted by Kaitlin Donner of New Wave Physical Therapy & Sports Management and designated pace leaders. Questions regarding the training camp? Email info@spacecoastrunners.org.
Sessions will be held on Tuesdays at 6PM rotating between the Satellite Beach South Housing Loop, Eau Gallie Causeway and local high school tracks, and on Sundays at 6AM at rotating locations.
There will be a special Coach Meet & Greet on Sunday, August 9th at 8AM at Oars & Paddles Park in Indian Harbour Beach.
Athletes will receive:
BONUS! Add a 1-hour group strength session each week at New Wave PT & Sports Rehab. These workout sessions address common strength and mobility imbalances in distance runners.
BRAND NEW! Add our Seasonal Nutrition Package. Each week you'll receive weekly emails from Danielle, New Wave Nutritionist and a race day nutrition plan. She'll give practical advice on pre-run snacks, post-run recovery meals, hydration strategies and the balance of carbs, protein and fat for race day -- all of this based on your training camp goal race.
VIRTUAL ATHLETES will receive:
This camp is open to both Space Coast Runners members and non-members. Register early to receive the best pricing. Rates increase on Aug. 1, 2026. *Registration for the Space Coast Marathon & Half Marathon is not included with camp registration.
