This popular open-ocean race along the Waikīkī shoreline attracts hundreds of swimmers including Junior, Seniors and Olympians. The race starts and finishes in front of Dukeʻs Waikīkī restraurant at 8am. Check-in starts at 6:30am swimmers must pick-up their time chip and event shirt by 7am.
The course is a triangular open ocean course approximately 1 mile.
Each swimmer will receiving a ankle band with a timing chip provided by Timeline.
Commemorative awards will be given to first place in each age group to both men and women. Dukeʻs Waikīkī gift certificates will be presented to male and female finishers in each age group, 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. All swimmers will receive a 2026 Dukeʻs Waikīkī Ocean Mile Swim t-shirt along with snacks and refreshments.
Male and female by age: 5-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16, 17-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 and up.
