From the Organizer
We want to encourage all levels to get out and move for diabetes awareness!!!
The goal of this event is to get those impacted by diabetes to move together and see the benefits of movement. We would like this event to allow for type 1's to connect with one another and move together.
We will have a few speakers share how they are overcoming the diagnosis and breakthrough will provide information on nutrition and management.
We will have literature/resources available- as well as special guest to kick of our event.
This walk will benefit Breakthrough in there research to better the lives of those impacted by diabetes.
