From the Organizer
We are teaming up with Roadless Races to offer a Common Rush Course Preview to all participants of the Common Rush Trail Runs! Whether you are getting out your pre-race nerves, working on your pacing, or looking to meet new running friends, you are invited to join us for the 5 Mile Course Preview!
We will have coaches and mentors there to help you through, as well as hydration and snacks! Meet at Harris Lake and get a taste of the race in this casual pace run. The course will not be marked but we will have pace group leaders and share info about how to follow the course in the day leading up to this meet up.
Stick around after the run for popsicles, watermelon and more!

This race spans more than one sport — here’s a guide to each, so you can understand what’s involved and decide if it’s the right fit. For course distances, logistics, and race-day specifics, always defer to the race organizer’s event page.
From 5K to marathon, running races are the most accessible entry point into endurance sport. There's a distance for every fitness level and a community at every start line.
Running off-road — dirt, singletrack, and mountain paths — from 5Ks to ultras. The terrain, not the pace, is the whole point.
