Get ready for a functional fitness challenge built for all abilities.
Cerox is back, and this time, there’s no running. Just pure work.
You’ll take on 8 fitness zones designed to test your endurance, strength, and grit. Choose your level of challenge:
Cerox Iron: The same zones as the classic Cerox event, but without the running.
Cerox Iron X: Twice the grind, none of the miles. Double the reps, double the work.
You can sign up as an individual or with a partner team. Teams can divide the zone work however they choose.
Estimated Wave Time:
11 AM: Iron X Individual
12 PM: Iron Individual
1 PM: Iron X Teams
2 PM: Iron Teams
