Cerox is back! This time you can choose between Cerox or Cerox Iron.
You’ll take on 8 fitness zones designed to test your endurance, strength, and grit. Choose your level of challenge:
Cerox: The event will feature 8 fitness zones plus running.
Cerox Iron: The same zones as the classic Cerox event, but without the running.
You can sign up as an individual or with a partner team. Teams can divide the zone work however they choose.
