Join the Bridgman Track & Field team and coaches for the Sixth Annual Bridgman F.A.S.T.E.R. Track & Field Camp from Tuesday, July 7, through Friday, July 10!!!
F.A.S.T.E.R Camp offers kids entering 1st through 6th grade an introduction to the fundamentals of track and field and how to become more athletic. 1st through 3rd graders will meet from 10:00-11:00, and 4rd through 6th graders will follow, from 11:15-12:15. The camp will give your athlete a chance to gain track & field experience, knowledge, and skills in a fun, energetic atmosphere. An overview of proper warm-up, stretching, and nutrition will be tailored to each age group and coupled with drills and exercises to increase motor development and to improve flexibility. Teamwork and sportsmanship will be encouraged in our daily competitions, relay races, and obstacle courses, while positive reinforcement will act as a catalyst for increased confidence. The camp will also feature a camp shirt, daily snack, and the opportunity to compete in the 1.1 Mile Fun Run at the Bridgman 5k/10k, which will be held at on July 11th.

Camp attendees should plan to wear athletic shoes, shorts, & t-shirt. Athletes should also bring a water bottle.
In the event of inclement weather, we will hold camp in the high school gym.
