From the Organizer
Join us in the heart of Laurens, SC, for A Mile to Remember, a powerful and meaningful race honoring the lives lost and the heroes who rose on September 11, 2001. This one-mile event is more than a run; it is a tribute, a challenge, and a community coming together in remembrance and support of our first responders.
The race will begin at the historic mile marker near Todd Avenue and Pinehaven Street and will finish at the historic courthouse on the square in downtown Laurens. With a net downhill course, this is guaranteed to be the fastest mile in Laurens, perfect for runners chasing a personal best or anyone looking to push their limits for a meaningful cause.
Participants of all levels are welcome. Run, walk, or jog as we honor those who sacrificed everything and show our unwavering support for the brave men and women who continue to serve our communities every day.
