Lace up and join our month‑long walk/run challenge from Wednesday, July 1st - Thursday, July 30th.
This challenge is designed to boost energy, build healthy habits, and bring our team together one mile at a time. Whether you stroll on your lunch break, jog after work, or rack up miles on the weekend, every step counts. It’s simple, flexible, and fun—your path, your pace, your 30‑day victory.
Official Challenge Rules:
Daily Mile Goal- Participants aim to walk or run 1 mile per day for 30 days. Miles can be completed indoors, outdoors, or on a treadmill.
Flexible Tracking- All miles must be logged directly through the RunSignUp using the Submit Virtual Results button on the event page. Participants can enter mileage daily or in batches.
Make‑Up Miles- Miss a day? No problem. You can enter multiple miles at once on RunSignUp as long as all miles are completed within the 30-day challenge window.
Leaderboard Updates- The RunSignUp leaderboard updates automatically as results are submitted, so you can see your progress and cheer on coworkers in real time.
Team Spirit- Encourage coworkers, share progress, and celebrate milestones. Optional: form small teams for friendly competition.
Move Your Way- Walking, jogging, running, or a mix of all three count. The pace doesn’t matter, just the distance.
Weekly Check‑Ins- Check the leaderboard each week for shoutouts, milestones, and friendly competition.
Finish Line Recognition- Everyone who completes all 30 miles will be recognized at the end of the challenge. You'll also be able to download your digital finisher badge directly from RunSignUp.
