Our Annual 1 Mile Walk / 5K Run benefiting the Monroe Township VFW Post 262 and veterans in need within Middlesex County is back and teaming up with Monroe Township Mayor Stephen Dalina to celebrate America's 250th ! This year we will be holding the race back at Thompson Park, Monroe Township. There will be free race day t-shirts for all participants who sign up before June 1, 2026. Free water and snacks handed out at the end of the race.
