Super Exciting News! We are adding for the first time a run/bike/run Duathlon to our event! Great for those folks who don't like the swim in a full tri!
You will feel right at home at this family-friendly event. it is a race you will enjoy with a fun course at a great location. This is a fantastic venue for all levels of athletes, whether you are a beginner or have completed numerous triathlons. For the intermediate and elite, it is a great opportunity to set a new PR.
Athletes will have a choice of sprint or olympic distance triathlon, sprint aquabike, or can choose to participate in an olympic distance OR sprint relay.
Sprint distances - the swim is a 500-meter loop, the ride is on county roads for a 13-mile bike ride with enough low rollers to keep it interesting. Racers will finish up with a 3-mile run around the lake on a flat crushed granite trail with water stops along the way.
Olympic events consist of two laps of each triathlon segment.
NOTE: We recommend participants purchase the event insurance, as there are NO registration refunds going forward. The cost is minimal.
