Train with Team OutFront at Keuka Lake for a long-course triathlon camp built to prepare you for your strongest 70.3 or Ironman season yet.
This camp is designed for athletes training for races like Ironman Lake Placid, Musselman 70.3, Ironman Ottawa, and other half and full-distance events. While we won’t be on a specific race course (though partially on Peasantman and the Keuka Tri), every session, route, and coaching opportunity will be intentionally built to help you train for the demands of long-course racing: endurance, climbing strength, pacing, fueling, open water confidence, and race-day execution.
Who is camp for?
-Athletes looking to train hard and have fun, in a team setting
-long distance triathletes of all abilities-though this camp sets you up nicely for summer and fall Ironman racing.
-all athletes looking to increase their fitness and knowledge of long distance training and racing
-athletes seeking fun and camaraderie

*Beds/House- There are 4 beds available for athletes in our team house. There are 2 rooms with bunk beds, so athletes would be sharing a room. There are also 2 bathrooms. The house has air conditioning, a washer/dryer and full kitchen/dishwasher. Plus room for each athlete staying at the house to bring a car. Just a note-our children/family will be at the house as well. So if you're looking for a truly quiet and calm experience, in a private lodging, staying elsewhere might be best.
*Meals-We will have one team dinner on Friday or Saturday (OutFront is paying). It's typically pizza and salad. Please let us know if you are vegan or have allergies we need to consider. One of the coaches is gluten free, so that's typically covered.

Three sports, one race — swim, bike, run in sequence, with transitions that are a discipline of their own.
Open water, open roads, and competition with yourself. Cross the finish line knowing what it took to get there.
Swim, bike, run — back to back. The sprint distance makes it far more accessible than most people think.
