Coronado’s Liberty Celebration Swim (formerly 4th of July Rough Water Swim) has been an iconic way to celebrate our Nation’s Independence. The swim takes place in beautiful Glorietta Bay Park (Open Water) . The event has a distance for every swimmer and experience level. The venue has iconic back drops of the famous Coronado Bridge. The course is nested in the southwest corner Glorietta Bay Park, with low wave/wake and current impacts, making this race experience fun and competitive for all athletic levels and is a perfect race for swimmers new to the open water scene.
All participants receive a finisher medal, souvenir swim cap and race t-shirt!
