Dale's Trail 40 miler is a community ultra marathon held on Wrangell Island, Alaska incorporating a mix of paved highway, logging road, bush trail, and the Rainbow Falls boardwalk trail system. This grassroots event is intended to bring local runners together and showcase Wrangell's trail network on the island.
Course Details:
*Approximately 40 miles
*Start/Finish at Shoemaker Park
*Dual Loop course overlapping the Rainbow Falls Trail System
*Remote trail conditions with limited support
*Solo & 2/3/4 Person Team
*Registration is free, however required for logistics and safety
*Finisher Medal/ T Shirts
*Day of Hot meals w/ Limited Aid Stations
*Pre Event Race Dinner 5PM Shoemaker Park July 2
