Get ready to take off on a one-of-a-kind 5K experience! The Run the Runway 5K is Texarkana’s newest race—and it’s unlike anything you’ve ever run before. Hosted in conjunction with the Texarkana Airshow, this unique race gives participants the rare opportunity to race on an actual airport runway. Feel the thrill as you run where jets take off, with planes on display and aviation energy all around you!
Whether you're a seasoned runner, a casual walker, or just here for the incredible atmosphere, Run the Runway is for you. This flat, fast course is perfect for personal records, family fun, and photo ops you won’t find at any other 5K.
All proceeds benefit For the Sake of One, a nonprofit supporting foster, adoptive, and kinship families in our community. Lace up for a cause and help strengthen families—one stride at a time.
