King’s Compassion 5K: Benefiting At-Risk San Antonio homebound seniors across San Antonio—neighbors who often go unseen but whose needs are great. Your participation helps King’s Compassion, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, continue providing free home-delivered essentials such as food, toiletries, and seasonal items—plus the love and care that remind our seniors they are not forgotten.

Every mile you cover helps an at-risk senior feel seen, valued, and cared for. Join us in making a lasting difference for San Antonio’s most vulnerable neighbors.
