Competition Format: Stations of Strength & Endurance
Athletes will move through a series of functional fitness stations combining cardio, strength, and grit. **Modified versions are available upon request on day of competition.
Station 1: 800m Run
Equipment: Treadmills, outdoor loop, or rowers (1000m alternative)
Time: 4–6 min
Station 2: Sled Push
Distance: 20–30m
Weight: Beginner (90–135 lbs), Intermediate (135–225 lbs)
Time: 2–4 min
Station 3: 800m Run
Equipment: Treadmills, outdoor loop, or rowers (1000m alternative)
Time: 4–6 min
Station 4: Sled Pull
Distance: 20–30m
Weight: Beginner (60–85 lbs), Intermediate (100–115 lbs)
Time: 2–4 min
Station 5: 800m Run
Equipment: Treadmills, outdoor loop, or rowers (1000m alternative)
Time: 4–6 min
Station 6: Burpee Broad Jumps
Distance: 40–60m
Time: 3–6 min

Station 10: Farmer’s Carry

Station 12: Dumbbell/Kettlebell Lunges
Distance: 50–100m
Weight: Beginner (10–20 lbs), Intermediate (30–60 lbs)

Station 13: 800m Run

Time: 4–6 min
Station 14: Wall Balls (Finale)
Reps: 60–100 (team splits allowed)
Equipment: 10, 20, 25 lb med balls
