The Capable of More Challenge: A Global Running Day Celebration hosted by RUNegades
Join us for Year 2 of The Capable of More Challenge, a four-hour, team-based running experience built around one simple idea: You’re Capable of More than you think.
This isn’t about racing. It’s about showing up, finding your people, and discovering what happens when you keep going together.
Whether you’re just getting started or you’ve been running for years, this event is designed to feel different. Less pressure. More connection. You don’t need to prove anything to anyone else, but you might surprise yourself.
What This Is In Two Sentences
A team-based running event. Up to 10 people, 4 hrs around a track, as many or few laps as youd like. Its designed to connect the running community through belonging and help you realize you’re Capable of More, together.
How It Works
Each hour brings a new energy with challenges, themes, and moments designed to build connection.
What Makes This Different
Team-base challenges, music, snacks, themes, hardest mile challenge, and..
No pressure to perform
No expectations to hit a certain number
No “runner look” required
Just people choosing to show up, move their bodies, and be part of something bigger than themselves. Because running should not feel intimidating. It should feel like something you belong in.
The Logistics
Cost
This event is free to attend. It's designed to build community, without barriers. If you would like to support the experience and help us continue building events like this, optional donations are available during registration.
