From the Organizer
What if your morning walk could change lives halfway around the world?
You're invited to join The HIKE - a virtual walk/run/hike event where you move in your local community to bring mental health care and trauma healing to communities that need it most.
Why The HIKE Matters
Mental health resources shouldn't depend on your zip code. Through James Trail's mission, we're closing the gap between overwhelming need and life-changing mental health care in underserved communities worldwide. Your steps fuel real hope, real healing, and real change.
We're on the trail together - will you step in?
