2nd Annual Race Weekend at Brady’s Run Park
Welcome to Year 2 of Project Mayhem Racing. A high-energy weekend built for Trail Runners, Obstacle Racers, Weekend Warriors, and First-Timers looking for something WAY more exciting than your average 5K.
This year features 4 unique race experiences across Saturday & Sunday.
Whether you want speed, endurance, obstacles, competition, or just a ridiculously fun day outside… we’ve got you covered.
SATURDAY - JULY 25
🌲 The 5K Trail Race
Fast. Flowing. Technical. FUN.
80% single track trails winding through the woods of Brady’s Run Park
Start AND finish on a downhill 🔥
Expect quick turns, hidden shortcuts, and a few surprises along the way
Fully stocked aid station with snacks, drinks, and race fuel
PLUS… a secret “race within the race” challenge revealed on event day 👀
This is NOT your typical 5K.
If you're looking for an unforgettable trail experience, this course delivers.
What you Get: Laser engraved wood medal, finisher Beer (21+) or NA drink with our custom logo, special awards for top 3.
⏱️ The 4-Hour Multi-Lap Challenge
How many laps can YOU survive?
Take on the same 5K trail course and complete as many laps as possible within 4 hours.
Think you’ll get bored?
Absolutely not.
Once the 5K racers clear out, the course transforms into full endurance mode:

Yin'z get the VIP treatment all day long.
At the finish, your medal can be engraved with:
your initials, total mileage, number of laps, or whatever accomplishment you earned out there.
This event is built for Grinders, Ultra Runners and anyone who loves Pushing Limits.
🧗 The Obstacle Course (OPEN RUN)
Fun-first. Beginner-friendly. Spectator-friendly.
Our venue area will feature ~8 Highlight Obstacles front-and-center for everyone to see, plus 5-7 more along the oval you run 8 times!
Participants will:
Run a short oval loop
Return into the main venue area
Complete the obstacle station
Repeat for approximately 8 total loops (~2 miles total)
This is the OPEN RUN version:
✅ Not timed
✅ No strict judging
✅ Retry obstacles as much as you want
✅ Perfect for families, groups, and first-time OCR athletes
Come test yourself, challenge friends, laugh a little, and have fun.
Kids are welcome, though participants under 4’9” may struggle with a few obstacles.
An Open Wave for the obstacle course is a 2 hour window and we have Start Waves for:
Saturday 10AM, 1PM & Sunday 1PM.

SUNDAY - JULY 26
🏆 The Obstacle Course RACE
Now it gets serious.
Same obstacle course.
Different atmosphere.
Sunday is all about SPEED, competition, and podium spots.
Format:
Athletes compete in Round 1 qualifying heats
Top ~6-12 Men and Women advance to Round 2 Finals (depends on total # of competitors)
Finals determine the overall podium finishers

915am - 5K trail awards
10am - Obstacle Course open wave
1230pm - 4hr trail awards
1pm - Obstacle Course open wave
3pm - Shut down for the day.

730am - Registration Opens
9am - Obstacle Race Semi-Finals
1015am - Obstacle Race Finals
1115am - Obstacle Race Awards
1pm - Obstacle Course open wave
