Celebrate the kickoff to The National Cherry Festival 100th year with a 2-hour, high-energy exercise class led by Certified Strong by Zumba® & Zumba® Instructor, Angie Pierce along with other instructors from the Northern MI area. Starting with a 45-minute HIIT class - Strong by Zumba, moving right into our traditional Zumba Dance Party by the Bay!
8:00am - STRONG by Zumba® combines a revolutionary body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, kickboxing and plyometric training moves synced to exciting music that is specifically designed to match every single move. All moves have a modified version, all fitness levels welcome.
8:45am - Zumba® is an exhilarating fitness class featuring exotic rhythms set to Latin and international beats. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. It’s fun, effective and best of all? Made for everyone!
