Runners and walkers of all ages will traverse a course through the Zoo passing animals, their habitats and native plants along the way.
The event features a post-race watermelon feast, with slices of fresh, chilled watermelon courtesy of our presenting partner, the Florida Watermelon Association!
The run is set for a 7:30 a.m. start on June 20, 2026.
A water/Gatorade station is along the route and at our start and finish line areas.
Prizes will be awarded to the Top 10 overall male and female finishers, and ALL finishers will receive a beautiful watermelon-themed medal and commemorative running hat.
Race shirts will be available for purchase for $20 each online prior to the event.
This race is limited. Register today before it sells out. There are no refunds for any reason. Your race entry does not include cost of admission to Zoo after the event.
