Strength & Agility with Active Youth Wisconsin
Whether you play sports year-round or just want to feel more confident moving your body, join us for this 6-week strength and agility series that will emphasize PROcess and PROgress. Using age-appropriate strength training, balance work, proper movement mechanics and agility drills, we'll build a strong foundation aimed at enhancing coordination, speed and overall athletic ability all while having a whole bunch of fun.
Our program will encourage these young athletes to develop healthy habits and a growth mindset to not only improve athletic performance but also enhance confidence and self-esteem.
