💫 The Recovery Barre is coming to Massachusetts!
Join Kelly Knower Coaching for an open recovery meeting followed by a free, all-levels barre & Pilates class — welcoming anyone seeking, living in, or supporting sobriety. Kelly brings a deep heart and understanding for the sober community and 25+ years of fitness teaching experience.
Each session opens with a community conversation where you’re invited to share, listen, or simply be present, followed by a barre and Pilates class designed for all bodies and experience backgrounds.
Whether you’re in recovery, sober-curious, or supporting a loved one, you are welcome here!
This class is generously offered through Smoke Crest Farm Rescue and Animal Sanctuary, a nonprofit committed to providing a safe environment for people and animals to heal together.
