
From the Organizer
The 5k Run is an out and back course. It will start and finish close to the North Park Boathouse. While it is mostly flat, there are some rolling and gradual hills. The course is in the midst of beautiful North Park, and for the most part, runs along Lake Shore Drive.
The 1 Mile Walk route is also an out and back course and has the same start and finish points as the 5k race. Walkers will start about 5 minutes after runners. All walkers must be registered for the walk.
Registration will take place UPSTAIRS inside of the Boat House. Race Day Registration and Pre-Registration shirt/bag pick-up starts at 9 am. **The Race will start just before** 10 am (9:55 am). The walk starts about 5 minutes later.
Awards will be given to the top 3 overall M/F & top 3 M/F in each of the following age groups: 0-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and up.
