One-mile walk or Fully Automatic Timed (FAT) one-mile run for all fitness levels
(flat, no turns & extremely fast)
📌 GENERAL INFORMATION
- Aid station will be provided courtesy Dakota Roots.
- Refreshments will be available at the finish area.
- Walkers must use the sidewalks at all times. Strollers and wagons are welcome.
🕘 MENTAL MILE SCHEDULE
*Pre-registration is strongly encouraged to assure quick & efficient check in. (Check in with QR code provided and confirmation email.)
- 8:00 am Registration Opens (@ parking lot by Holgate Tennis Courts)
- 9:00 am Walk/Run Begins
- Awards ceremony and refreshments immediately following.
🎂 AGE CATEGORIES
- 17 & under, 18+, (age on race day)
🏅AWARDS
- Medals for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place for both males and females
🛈 OTHER
- Profits benefit H.U.G.S (Hope, Understanding, Grief, Support), an Aberdeen-based support group,
