From the Organizer

Hey everyone! Please join F3 MOBILE for our 3rd Annual week-long virtual activity challenge! We're aiming to log a whopping 2,500 miles together as a group. It's all for a great cause—raising awareness about the serious issue of human trafficking right here in our community.

Throughout the week of October 4-10, all participants will track their own miles wherever you want to log them. Whether you're walking, running, cycling, or doing your favorite activity, every mile counts towards our goal!

Not only are we spreading awareness, but we're also fundraising for The Little Tree Project, a nonprofit in Mobile, AL that supports survivors of human trafficking from our community. The money raised will directly help in their recovery and restoration. Let's make a difference together!

ABOUT Little Tree Project - https://www.thelittletreeproject.com/behind-the-name

Little Tree Project is an Alabama-based, 501c3 nonprofit organization committed to providing care and rehabilitation to the victims of sexual exploitation and trafficking.

Founded in 2017, The Little Tree Project, LLC started as a humble small business where three young women, Kristi, Andrea, and Allana, decided to come together to fight the horror that is human trafficking.

Without much experience and means to do so, the women started raising funds and awareness for the fight by utilizing their gifts in art and pastry arts and selling their products through an e-commerce website, local farmers markets, and “pop-up shops.”

This opened the door for them and planted seeds of awareness in their community of South Alabama. They began getting requests to speak and spread awareness in schools and house parties.

ABOUT F3 NATION - https://f3nation.com/

F3 is a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men. Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership. Started in 2011 in Charlotte, North Carolina, F3 is now in 48 states, on 5 continents, with more than 4,205 scheduled workouts a week through the volunteer efforts of men whose lives have been changed by their involvement with the group.

The three Fs in our name stand for Fitness, Fellowship and Faith — the last of which we define as not one specific religion or faith system, but simply a belief in something outside oneself.

Our workouts …
Are free of charge
Are open to all men
Are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary
End with a Circle of Trust
We welcome men of all fitness levels to our workouts and have no requirement for membership other than that you show up at the appointed time and place and follow what the workout leader (the “Q” in F3 lingo) does.

The F3 Credo is: Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you find him.
