Rules:
Before a runner passes the start/finish line on any of their four laps, they must complete drinking their 12oz cup of the area's finest chocolate milk. The drinking will take place in a 20 meter buffer area known as "The Kitchen". *Failure to finish cup in the kitchen will result in disqualification*
After a runner finishes their cup, they must turn the cup upside down over their head, proving the milk has been chugged. *Failure to turn cup upside down, or doing so but with milk still in the cup will result in disqualification*
We recognize that milk may spill down the corners of runner's mouths as they are chugging (especially if their mouths are smaller than the average size) *However, if our judges deem the spillage to be in excess, 1 warning will be given with a following offense earning disqualification, regardless of mouth size.*
Due to the nature of this event, we expect that runners may/will throw up. However, throwing up is only permitted on the final lap of the race. *Runners lacking the core strength/mental willpower to hold down their milk until the final lap will be disqualified and asked to go to the bathroom and clean themselves up.*
In order to win the 400m race within the open mile, the runner must complete the rest of the mile race without getting last while still abiding by normal CMM rules. *This rule is extremely self-explanatory. If you don't understand it please mentally lock in for a sec and read it again*
Normal track race rules apply. No running in lane zero, no shoving, no tripping, no crying, no cussing, and DEFINITELY no walking *Walking during any part of the race outside of the kitchen will result in a lifetime ban and at least 6 months of shunning*
