Lace up your running shoes and join us for a special edition of The BIG Run! Not only will we be celebrating Global Running Day with a FREE community 5K, but we're also celebrating the Fleet Feet's 50th anniversary and the 20th anniversary of the Raleigh/Morrisville franchise!

*You must register, attend the race, and check in to receive your medal and be eligible to win a shoe. You will be notified the week of the race if you were one of the first 500.
7:00AM: Check-in begins. When you arrive to WakeMed Soccer Park, be sure to check in with one of the workers
7:30AM: Warm up with Black Girls RUN! & pre-run announcements
8:00AM RUN BEGINS
9:00AM: Post-run yoga with YogaSix (Bring a mat and towel if you plan to participate) & cold plunge
