In the Summer Heat, be sure to stay hydrated with water from our partner Kentwood Springs! Know your limits, slow your pace, and drink water before you get thirsty! Runners and walkers of all skill levels are encouraged to participate. Members and non-members of the New Orleans Track Club are welcome.
