From the Organizer
You are invited to participate in the 3rd annual She's Gonna Bolt! - a 5K walk/run for Alzheimer's and dementia awareness.
What started as one family's way of turning pain into purpose has grown into something bigger. Over the past two years, this community has shown up - for each other, for families navigating the fog of Alzheimer's and dementia, and for the belief that no one should face this journey alone. This year, we're proud to celebrate not just the cause, but the people whose lives have been touched by Sequel's advocacy services - and the difference that access to support can make.
The 5K route will start at Founders Park, to Sioux Park, and back. Walk or run at your own pace along a scenic and safe route. Raise funds for those in need. Receive a commemorative t-shirt, enjoy music, food, and fun for all ages. Meet and mingle with others who show up for this cause year after year.
