run4DAD is a seasoned and dynamic community event, bringing together cancer patients, survivors, family members, friends, co-workers, physicians and other healthcare community members to bring awareness and education to prostate cancer. Proceeds benefit ProstAware, a Georgia non-profit, to support bringing awareness and education about prostate cancer to men and their loved ones.
Presented by Wellstar, the annual run4DAD 5K Run/Walk offers something for everyone:
5K Run/Walk - A Peachtree Road Race Official Qualifying Event
1 Mile Run/Walk
kids4DAD Tot Trot (a short run through the parking lot for kids 6 and under; they receive a run4DAD cape)
snooze4DAD (stay home and sleep in, but still support the cause and receive a race t-shirt)
Prizes are awarded to winners in the 5K in multiple age brackets. Race shirts are provided for participants registered in the 5K, 1 Mile Run/Walk and snooze4DAD. Registered participants for the kids4DAD Tot Trot receive a cape.

Old Milton Parkway – between Wills Road and Roswell Street 7:00 am to approximately 9:30 am; eastbound and westbound lanes closed
Lane Closures
Wills Road – northbound lane between Old Milton Parkway and Milton Avenue approximately 8:00 am to 8:30 am; race route is one lane in the direction of travel
Milton Avenue – eastbound between Wills Road and Roswell Street approximately 8:08 am to 8:45 am; race route is one lane in the direction of travel
Roswell Street – southbound between Milton Avenue and Old Milton Parkway approximately 8:12 am to 8:45 am; race route is one lane in the direction of travel
