From the Organizer
Join us at Runkle Lake Park and Run Your Bass Off for the 45th annual 10K, Half Bass, 2 mile walk, or kids run. Your race entries will help support the Forest Park Schools Cross Country program, committed to developing a new generation of endurance athletes and fostering a spirit of community through the shared challenge of doing something incredibly hard together. Come enjoy a great race with great people for a great cause in a great place!
There are aid stations with water along the 10K and Half Bass course. Courses are marked with painted arrows and signage. We will also have many volunteers pointing you in the right direction.
Bib pick up is race day morning only from 7:15-8:45 am.
There will be water and snacks at the finish line.
An awards ceremony will follow the completion of all races at the pavilion.
