From the Organizer
Run Kalamazoo is excited to present Move Through Summer, a relaxed and social 13-week camp to support you in your movement goals.
This program is geared towards those training for a half marathon, 10K, 5K or just wanting to stay active. We have everything for runners and walkers!
We welcome those training for a full marathon to sign up, however, we only accommodate courses and support up to the half marathon distances/times. This means you can start with us and finish your final miles independently or start on your own and join us for you final miles. If you need help thinking about how to best mix your marathon training with our programs, we are here to help.
Move Through Summer is a program that balances the fun and flexibility needed for summer while offering quality support. We offer full payment for all 13 weeks or a drop-in option at $10 per Saturday.
This is a different experience (yet still awesome) from winter Run Camp so please read below thoroughly!
