River Lake Days Run Event takes place the Saturday morning during Richmond River Lake Days celebration. The event offers a 10K, 5K Run/Walk, and a Kids Fun Run through the city of Richmond and on Glacier Lakes Trail. All races start and end at CENTENNIAL PARK RICHMOND, MN. The 10K course will take you through the rural township roads with a gradual incline hill from approximately mile 2 to 3 and finishes with a fast downhill at mile 5 ; 5K course winds through the City of Richmond, consisting of both city Rd and Glacier Lakes Bike /Walking Trail. Course distances confirmed with GPS Map My RUN and wheel.

Overall 10k 5k 1st place finishers as well as the first Male and Female finisher for the 10K and 5K will be awarded a Scheels Gift Card. Age Category 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers will receive age category placement logo medals. SHEELS Gift Cards awarded at random drawings from participant numbers will be presented at the Awards ceremony. Must be present to win.
ALL Youth Fun Run participants awarded finisher medal and are also eligible for the gift card random drawing!
Award Winners must be present at the ceremony to receive award as cards and medals will not be mailed to the recipient.
Registration Fee Includes Race T-shirt; T- shirt guaranteed to those registered before 7/1/2026;After 7/1/2026 shirts are first come first serve basis according to registration.
This years River Lake Days Theme is “ Richmond is Out of This World” so f you like extra FUN, come in your best “outer space” themed costume to be Eligible for an Award !
AGE CATEGORIES: 12 and under, 13-17, 18-22, 23-27, 28-32, 33-37, 38-42, 43-47, 48-52, 53-57, 58-62, and 63-67, 67-75 and up . Categories MAY be modified at the discretion of Race committee dependent on number of participants.
PACKET PICK UP: Friday 7/17/2026 5:30-7:00pm at CENTENNIAL PARK 550 Nature Ave NE Richmond, MN 56368. Late registration also available.
Saturday Race Day Packet Pick up and Same Day Registration 7/18/2026 from 6:30-7:30am . Late Registration is cash or personal check only. No credit card option same day.
