Join us for a powerful day of movement, healing, and community at the Race & Walk for Wellness 5K a purpose driven event designed to bring people together in support of women’s wellness and global impact.
Whether you choose to run, jog, skate, or walk, this event welcomes all fitness levels and encourages everyone to participate at their own pace. This is more than just a race it’s a meaningful experience centered around self-care, connection, and giving back.
Proceeds from this event will directly support Global Women of Wellness, helping fund programs that provide mental, physical, and emotional wellness resources for women, as well as international outreach initiatives, including our upcoming service trip to Ghana.
