
From the Organizer
This year we are raising funds for a fallen Marine Veteran's Widow and newborn child of Cpl Cole Bircher. Portion of each registration will go to the family. We also have 2 events to raise additional funds for the family. We will have a "Bike Coral" Motorcycles lining the start/ finish line, 100% of those funds will go to the family, and we will have a mechanical bull riding competition 5 bucks to ride, 10 to compete for best time. Lastly 100% of funds raised via Donations will go to the family.
We will have a kids Dash ( 50 meter dash), 5K Run, Walk and Ruck.
This is an out and back course starting at and ending at the Plainfield American Legion.
Route Race will begin on River Rd at the West entrance of Plainfield American Legion. From there head south, turn (L) East on W Easy Street, North ( L) on Leawood Dr, East (R) on Brittany St, North (L) on Renwick Park Dr, East onto Fort Beggs Bike Trail to turn around point just past W Fraser Rd and back at start/ finish.
After party will be at Plainfield American Legion. We will have food trucks, 2 full service bars, raffle baskets, live band, vendors to name a few. Your registration will include, 1 free draft beer, 1 cocktail or 1 free fountain drinks.
Packet Pick up will be at Plainfield American Legion. ( pick up dates/times to be announced via Facebook and Email)
Professional Chip Timing by J3 Timing, Awards will be overall and age category recognition pins and 1st 200 participants will receive a finisher medals
Parking, Carpooling is suggested, Parking will be available at Plainfield Park Districts grounds located at 24550 West Renwick Road
Plainfield, and at Mather Woods 25032 West Renwick Rd, Plainfield.
