Please join your hosts Kim and Kevin Johnston at Possum Creek Metropark – 4790 Frytown Road, Dayton, OH 45417
RESERVATION REQUIRED FOR ALL WHO ATTEND 10 AND OLDER. PROOF OF MEMBERSHIP WILL BE NEEDED AT CHECK-IN.
**RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE BY 11:59PM on SUNDAY, AUGUST 16 to order the main course from the caterer!**
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Welcome: 3:00 p.m.
Poker Run: 3:30 p.m.
Run from the shelter around a shaded path thru the woods. A non-competitive run thru the park as you draw for the best poker hand. (Few Prizes awarded)
Great Food: Serving from 5:00pm-6:15pm
Kids Fun Run: After the meal
ENTERTAINMENT:
for children of all ages!
Running Sprints, Water Balloon Toss, Egg Races, Cake Walk, Pinata, and a Water Sprinkler will be set up so bring a towel!!

This year we are switching it up. The club will be providing the above grilled items. Please bring a family favorite covered dish to share with club members and family. Suggestions include picnic style foods and desserts. Please notate what dish you will be bringing when you RSVP.
