LT FITNESS SUMMER NIGHTS EXPERIENCE
Join us this summer for the LT Fitness Summer Nights Experience, a FREE, high-energy youth program in partnership with DCR Summer Nights, designed to bring the community together through movement, creativity, teamwork, and fun.
From cardio and agility training to dance, sports, music, games, and art, each night creates a positive and supportive space where youth can stay active, build confidence, connect with others, and enjoy an unforgettable summer experience.
