Pride Run turns 43! Pride Run 2026 marks the 43rd running of the Los Angeles Frontrunners Pride Run. Come join us in celebrating 43 years of running, friendship, and community. Each year LAFR makes a contribution to local charities with the proceeds from the Pride Run. Pride Run 2026 features our traditional 5K and 10K race, free Kids Race and the Ultra Pride Run, where you race both the 5K and 10K!
There is no registration on race morning, so please register in advance.

Location: Crystal Springs Picnic Area, Griffith Park (same as 2025)

Course: Flat trail/packed dirt around the golf course (5K = 1 loop, 10K = 2 loops)

Ultra Pride Run
Ultra Pride runners race BOTH races and do not race continuously. After the 10K, Ultra Pride runners will race their 5K starting at 9:00 AM with the regular 5K.

Can’t join us in person? Sign up for the virtual race and we’ll ship your race shirt and medal.

Free Kids Race
The Kids Race will start at approximately 8:45 a.m. (after the 10K) and is free. Every child receives a race number and medal. You can register children during the registration process. To register children without adult participation, email your kid(s) name/age to lafrontrunners@gmail.com.
Awards
Awards will be given to the top 3 overall in the 5K, 10K and Ultra Pride. Age group awards for the 5K & 10K are top 3 in the following categories: 10 & Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+. Age group awards for the Ultra Pride Run are top 3 in the following categories: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+

About LAFR
Los Angeles Frontrunners (501c3) is a running and walking club for members and friends of the LGBTQ+ community. In addition to running, walking, more running (and lots of eating), LAFR raises funds and collects goods to donate to local charities. Past beneficiaries include; The Rescue Train, Westside Food Bank, SRLA, PAWS/LA, Life Worth Saving, Friends of Griffith Park, InsideOut Community Arts, Friends of Project 10, Angel City Pit Bulls, The Breakfast Club at St. Thomas the Apostle, and the Don Thompson Scholarship at the USC Film School.
