  • 7:00pm- Heat 1  5:45min pace & Under 
  • 7:10pm- Heat 2  5:46 -7min Pace 
  • 7:20pm- Heat 3  7-9min Pace 
  • 7:35pm- Heat 4  9-11min Pace 
  • 7:50pm- Heat 5  11min Pace & Up

COURSE DETAILS:  Four times around the Phoenix High School Track

RACE FEES: $13 online or $15 day of

RACE DAY INFO: Registration 5:45-7pm

AWARDS:  Ribbons for the top 3 places in all age groups. $100 prize for any male who runs sub 4:00 minutes and any female who runs sub 4:40 minutes.

FOOD DRIVE: Like Longest Night Mile this race will be supporting the SOU Food Pantry.  Please bring an item to help us stock their pantry!  Main needs are: canned meats (tuna, spam, chicken, etc.), microwaveable sides, breakfast items, and snack foods.  

RESTRICTIONS: Absolutely no roller skaters, bicycles, skateboards, baby joggers, dogs, headphones, or unregistered participants
