From the Organizer
Come out and take part in the annual summertime tradition, the 10th Annual 4-Hour Relay and Solo Ultra Challenge!
Interested participants can pick from one of two events: The 5 Man Relay or the Ultra Challenge
5 Man Relay - Form a team of 5 runners. Each runner will run a loop consisting of ~2.2 miles and hand off, repeating in order for 4 hours. The team covering the most distance will be declared the winner! This promises to be a fun team event!
Ultra Challenge - Take the ultra challenge and run the loop solo as many times as possible during the 4 hour timeframe! Not for the faint of heart, the goal is to run, jog, walk or crawl to gain more ground than anyone else.
Cash Awards to the Winners!
Those participating in the event should arrive no later than 7:30 AM for instructions and logistics on the day. Setup begins at 7 AM for those interested.
Tents, coolers and other supplies to keep you going through the day are encouraged! Water and food will be provided throughout the morning!
Course overview / map- Will take place throughout Charlestown Park. A loop consists of approximately 2.2 miles and starts and finishes at pavillion #2 (where camp will also be set up). A map of the course will be provided the week of the event for review.
